SAI is dedicated to providing education abroad opportunities to all students. Our Global & Community Inclusion Team, made up of a cross-section of staff members from various departments, meets regularly to work on initiatives to beat serve our students and stakeholders.
The SAI Global & Community Inclusion (CGI) Team was established to steer SAI toward better serving underrepresented student groups by offering individualized support before, during and after study abroad, thereby increasing access to international education for students of all backgrounds and identities. We strive to welcome each student as an individual, recognizing their intersecting identities and experiences, and valuing their contribution to our student group. I think you are confusing that Orochimaru Lair scene with some other scene where he talked about Sasuke & Naruto to Sakura…..
Actually Sasuke wasn’t Jealous in that scene (in Orochimaru Lair). He was being totally Possessive because Sai literally told Sasuke that, “I’ll be able to get along better with you than Naruto”… In Short, Sai was trying to replace Naruto. And Sasuke put him in a Genjutsu as a warning to not joke about such things.

Sasuke is probably bisexual. I think he does have genuine romantic feelings toward Naruto and it annoys him because it interferes with his now obsessive hatred of everyone except Itachi. Kishimoto does pretty much verb Sasuke has no problems with Orochimaru feeling him up- no negative reaction at all, unlike the way he was when girls were coming onto him (all Sasuke fangirls) or glomping him (Ino). And have you seen the cover of volume 38? It seriously replicates a romance novel cover with Sasuke longingly thinking of Naruto. Now with Karin, his words and actions showed he did become attracted to her, she's the only person besides Naruto that even minimally threw him off his goal.
As for Sai- gay. Note his uninterested reaction to Konohamaru's yuri sexy no jutsu, but mild curious interest in the Sasuke and himself in a romantic sexual interaction sexy no jutsu. Kishimoto has had no problem with writing gay male characters, even a cute overt gay transsexual in Haku, very early on. Studio Pierrot is uncomf
