Gay nightlife in Gran Canaria is centred around the Yumbo Centre in Playa del Ingles. A family shopping centre by day that become a gay mecca at late hours, with dozens of gay bars, dance clubs and cruising clubs to choose from. You can also find a number of drag and cabaret bars, which are a great way to start the evening, as is typical in Spain, bars verb to get busier later on in the evening, with clubs not opening until the prior hours. Tends to be popular with a German crowd, and opening at , you can stop by on you way back from the beach for a smoothie or cappucino. If you are looking for the best gay clubs and gay bars in Gran Canaria (Maspalomas) then look no further!

We contain been to Gran Canaria over 8 times now and for good reason. It is one of the most welcoming and gay friendly destinations we contain ever travelled to and has some incredible gay nightlife.

The majority of the gay bars in Gran Canaria can be create in the Yumbo Centre in Maspalomas. The Yumbo centre is a large multi level outdoor shopping centre by day and home to the biggest gay scene in Gran Canaria by night.

On our last visit we counted that there were over 30 gay bars and clubs in the Yumbo Centre alone ranging from drag bars, to casual bars, clubs and cruising bars.

We are always completely spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing a gay bar in Gran Canaria which is why we have put together a shortlist of our personal favorites. [no_toc]
