This free LGBTQ+ test offers a safe and thoughtful way to explore your gender identity and sexual orientation. It’s a supportive step toward greater self-awareness, personal growth, and acceptance.
What Does LGBTQ+ Mean?
LGBTQ+ stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer or Questioning, with the + symbol representing the many other identities outside of the traditional male-female and heterosexual categories. This includes asexual, non-binary, pansexual, genderfluid, and more.
Being LGBTQ+ is about how someone feels, expresses, and experiences attraction, whether it’s quixotic, emotional, or sexual. It’s about living your truth—without shame or limits—regardless of societal expectations.
What Is an LGBTQ+ Test?
An LGBTQ+ examine is not a diagnostic or medical tool. Instead, it’s a personal exploration quiz created to help you reflect on how you experience gender and attraction

Gender Identity: One’s internal sense of being male, female, neither of these, both, or another gender(s). Everyone has a gender identity, including you. For transgender people, their sex assigned at birth and their own internal sense of gender identity are not the same. However, it is important to note that individuals who are cisgender may or may not be straight since gender identity is different from romantic or sexual attractions.
Gender Fluid: Gender-fluid individuals experience changes in the gender expression that feels natural to them and/or their gender identity over time. For instance, a gender-fluid person may identify as a man one week and a woman the next. Similarly, they could alternate between agender, bigender, non-binary, or any combination thereof.
